What is AI Entry Assist?
AI Entry Assist is a feature available in the deal entry process to scan a deal document and auto-fill key information for the student-athlete to review and confirm prior to submission. The option to select AI Entry Assist is available once you have uploaded documentation for your deal. Using AI Entry Assist is completely optional, but may help to speed up deal entry by pre-populating important details of your deal. You are still responsible for reviewing all the information populated by AI Entry Assist before submitting your deal.

How it works
Upload a document with the key details of your deal.
Note, the more information your document includes, the more information AI Entry Assist will be able to pre-populate for you. At a minimum, your document should include the:
Name of your Sponsor (and Facilitator, if applicable)
Compensation you are receiving
Activities you are being asked to complete.
Select “Use AI Entry Assist”
Wait for AI Entry Assist to scan your uploaded document for key deal details.
Proceed through the deal entry process and confirm the information populated by AI Entry Assist. Update anything that is incorrect and add anything that is missing.
Remember, AI Entry Assist may make mistakes or omissions. You are still responsible for making sure your submission is accurate and complete.
