A Facilitator Partner is an organization invited by your school that can view and add information to deals that they were tagged. This Partner will only be able to see deals that their organization was added as a Facilitator on, not all deals submitted by you or other student-athletes at your school. Your school’s Facilitator Partner is usually an organization that commonly acts as a Facilitator for deals at your school, such as your school’s collective or MMR partner (e.g., [Name/Mascot] Sports Properties).
Having a Facilitator Partner can help make communication easier because that Partner can now track when you’ve entered a deal and when it receives a result. In cases where there is an open request for information on the deal, Facilitator Partners will also be able to respond to help provide relevant information or share more about their role as a Facilitator.
What can Facilitator Partners do?
If your school invites a Facilitator Partner, they will be able to:
View all your deals they were entered as the Facilitator for, including the current status, contract, and deal details
Note: If the Facilitator Partner entity was tagged as the Sponsor on a deal, or an incorrect variant of the Partner was added as the Facilitator, the deal will not be visible to the Facilitator Partner.
View and respond to all open requests for information on your deals they were entered as the Facilitator
